Unity is a painting that attempts to bridge the gap between a man and a woman- as it represents the ongoing battle of opposites. We focus on two vases of flowers separated by a large opening in the middle. The characters take note of the massive crevice with apparent concern. They wish to cross to the other side but are faced with obstacles. They must find a way to work together and join as one.
Upon closer review, we see a figure formed in the middle of the artwork. His presence is perhaps symbolizing the peaceful union of sides.

Awakening opens to a beautiful sunrise that suggests the start to a new day. We see figures throughout the painting soaking up the liveliness that is brought forth after their restful slumber. They all appear to be fueled by the earth’s present energy and are ready to focus that energy on positive productivity.
However, one man has sparked his flame to awaken his soul. He is ready to set the world on fire, while the other figures are left with the weight of the match as they await their spark…

Lamb of God is a powerful painting that displays a portrait of Jesus Christ. Upon further review, we notice the three crosses present in the distance. An angel is present alongside Him.
Isaiah prophesied that Jesus Christ would be sacrificed as the Passover Lamb of God.
Prophesied: “He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter…” (Isa. 53:7).
“For Christ our Passover was sacrificed for us” (I Cor. 5:7). “Knowing that you were not redeemed by corruptible things … but by the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot; Who truly was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but was manifested in these last times for your sakes” (I Pet. 1:18-20).

It is amazing what a little caffeine can do for our mood. In this fun painting, we see two bodies emerge from the drops of coffee spilling from the cup. We don’t even need to see their facial expressions to know these two are having a good time. It is apparent that they are definitely feeling the beat to the Coffee Dance.
I’ll have what they are having…

Leap of Faith was recently featured at the Museum of Russian Art in NJ.
The title to this powerful painting says it all.The coffee mug and book suggest what started off as an ordinary morning. But then, our character sets out to break free from his routine. The windmill in the background promotes the winds of change. While the face hidden amongst the clouds, represents a simpler time-perhaps when our character was a young boy.
He refuses to remain stagnant another moment, like the sailors left drifting in the waters below him.

Communion is a sacred ritual in the Christian tradition. It is a practice that is to be observed time and again throughout the life of a believer. It is a holy time of worship when we come together as one body to remember and celebrate what Christ did for us.
In observing Communion, we are remembering Christ and all that He has done for us in his life, death and resurrection: And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 1 Corinthians 11:24.
In this artwork, Victor presents all of the common elements that are found in this ongoing tradition. Notice the followers of Christ that are formed from the pouring of the wine. This image further outlines the joining of individuals through the blood of Christ.

Sacrifice by Victor Bregeda has been recently featured at the Museum of Russian Art in NJ.
Christ is our Savior and the ultimate sacrifice for sin. Even though He was divine, Jesus became a human being to suffer and die for the sins of mankind (Philippians 2:5-7; Hebrews:2:9 )
This is one of Victor’s most breathtaking paintings. This vivid artwork displays Jesus Christ and his sacrificial love for us. It proves to be a very emotional work that represents his devotion to mankind.
Victor has channeled a beautiful portrait of our savior. He has placed the bread and wine beneath him as symbols of the body and blood of Christ.
Christ as our Savior gave His life that we might live. He died a horrible death, as our Passover that we might understand the magnitude of sin and the monumental significance of His sacrifice, which was made for every human being. He was “the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world”(John:1:29; Revelation:5:6)
