The Eucharist IV was recently on display at the Museum of Biblical Art in Dallas, TX.
This artwork is arguably the most complete representation of the Eucharist series. Victor uses his surrealistic art to portray the image of the Last Supper, Jesus and the idea of divine love.
The paintings are interconnected by subjects, composition and the artistic method of transformation. The candle is the symbol of light and Christian faith, transforming into the image of Christ and The Twelve Apostles. The image of Jesus Christ can be seen in the flames of the Eucharist as the Apostles, bowing in devotion, are seen encircling the exterior of the candle.
