Within this bouquet of exquisite roses, faces from three generations of a family can be seen. In the roses on the far right, are the faces of the grandfather and grandmother. Further left within the bouquet, are the faces of a young couple, engaged in a kiss. A baby gazes upward from the rose furthest to the left.
Thus, the family are depicted as roses, eternal symbols of purity. The book, the candle and the apples suggest the knowledge, blessings and spiritual fruits that are passed down through generations.
